My Morning Banana Diet Experience
When I first heard of the morning banana diet I was not convinced. Imagine how hard it will be to just eat a banana (or two) every morning instead of my usual ham and eggs. But curiosity got the better of me and had decided to look at some facts about it.
I found out that the banana diet has long been being used by boxers to lose weight for their fights. It is also healthy since banana is being used as a dietary food against intestinal disorders like diarrhea as it normalizes colonic functions in the large intestine. A lot has been said about this diet and there is almost nothing bad written about it so I had decided to try and see what happens.
My banana diet experience started with 2 bananas for breakfast alongside with a cup of hot tea since some says it will be more effective if you drink something hot along with the bananas. I ate chicken for lunch and cheated since I ate a slice of cake after which I really should not. I tried not to drink cold water and had gladly succeeded.
Morning Banana Diet the Rest of the Day
I almost had another slice of cake during the afternoon since the diet rule allows a sweet treat in the afternoon but had decided not to since I already had a slice during lunch. Finally, I ate dinner earlier than usual but was still able to eat something I like: steak.
I am now on my 3rd week of dieting and I am proud to say that I weigh 8 pounds lighter than I was a few weeks earlier. Friends were already telling me how thinner I am and were asking me how I did it. I animatedly narrate to them my morning banana diet experience and how effective it is for me. Though I sometimes cheat on the diet and had minor relapses I just can’t help but smile with the thought that the morning banana diet which I find so unconvincing at first had made a drastic and good change with my body.
