You can mix up strips of lettuce, tomatoes, a little bit of tuna flakes or chicken strips, then add your chosen dressing – caesar, ranch, balsamic, etc. Another recipe you can make is sandwich filled with vegetables and a portion of white meat (fish or chicken breast).

These are just some of the recipes you can try using fruits and vegetables. Instead of resorting to diet pills, that are risky, switch your diet to healthy yet delicious foods. When you continue your healthy diet, certainly you will see the effect in months time and be proud of yourself.
